The self check in was easy. The room was large and modern, with a nice terrace that I unfortunately couldn't use because of the weather. The welcome kits in the rooms were a great detail, and the pillows were to die for. Loved that there was tea and not just coffee (along with the kettle, of course).

Location was more than perfect !!! Also, I was given a room on the 4th floor, and the view was so beautiful, if I looked to the right, I saw the Concertgebouw, the Museum Square and at the end of it the building of the beautiful Rijksmuseum. Very inspiring! And a very interesting cappuccino - beautifully foamed!

Wonderful location and really cute neighborhood. Well connected to reach the city center by walk or tram and 10 minute walk to Vondelpark. Additionally there is a 20 min bus to the airport just in front of the hotel.

The location is amazing, rooms are cozy. The price is reasonable and provides great value The people there were helpful and very friendly. We got the most basic room for 1 day and still got a welcome glass in the reception and cocktail in the room with free snacks. Easy 10/10

The location is super convenient, just a stone’s throw from the major museums and attractions, making it perfect for exploring Amsterdam. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially considering how compact buildings usually are in the city, and they felt recently renovated, which added a fresh and modern touch. What truly stood out was the staff, absolutely incredible! From the reception team to the cleaning staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and hands-on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. To top it off, the price was very reasonable, offering an excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Location was excellent, easily accessible from the airport by bus, close to the museum district and a large park. Restaurants, bakery, grocery store are all nearby. The room was very spacious and modern, bathroom was also large. The hotel has a very cute enclosed patio/garden, which is very pleasant. The 5:00 pm wine & cheese hour is a nice perk. Staff was very friendly and helpful, special shout out to Sylvia.

As a property owner myself, I can honestly say that this facility exceeded my expectations in every way. 1. The pictures on the website are 100% accurate—what you see is exactly what you get. 2. The decor is thoughtfully designed and truly enhances the overall atmosphere. 3. I particularly appreciated the positive, uplifting words displayed throughout the facility, especially the inspiring messages on the water bottles. 4. As a first-time visitor to Amsterdam, the location was ideal—central and easy to navigate, making it simple to explore the city without getting lost. 5. The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The staff was extremely welcoming, kind, competent and helpful. I quickly felt at home. It's also a boutique hotel, with a lot of sweet little gifts offered to guests to make their stay enjoyable. The internet was good and the cafe is awesome if you want to work in a nice cozy place with a garden terrace. The hotel location is perfect both for work and leasure: a quiet, safe and charming neighborhood (Old South) and public transport is at the corner, connecting you swiftly to the airport, the Central Station, universities, and so on. The major museums are at a short walking distance. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is convenient although there is no fridge or microwave in the room. The vegeterian breakfast was very nice, and you can decide on the spot if you want to take it. Otherwise you can get a nice hot drink in the room (including coffee), or order an espresso at the bar/cafe: they are delicious!

Staff was very nice and accommodating to my feather free bedding request. Breakfast was excellent with a nice garden view. The bed was very comfortable and there is always someone there to help at reception. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in our room which we thought was a very nice gesture. Location was fantastic. About 7 minute walk to Museumplein.
